Phase Four—Referring – The Best Candidates

Presentation of Search Results

The fourth phase entails drawing heavily on the years of experience developing our craft. Candidate evaluations are completed and the initial telephone and/or personal interviews are arranged. References checks are conducted and subsequent interviews arranged.

Phase Five–Hiring the Desired Candidate

Closure

This phase is the logical conclusion to the process. The client interview candidates and a finalist is selected. Our third party perspective enables us to review the respective agendas and concerns of each party in a positive way. At this juncture we will mediate any “last minute details.” and remove all obstacles to hire. We will extend offer, gain offer acceptance, and set the start date.
