As partner and co-owner of Houser Martin Morris Bill led the IT and Software Engineering recruiting and placement practice.
As owner of Parfitt Recruiting and Consulting Bill developed and managed their Executive Recruiting practice from two to a staff of 16 with specialties in High Technology, Information Systems, Sales and Marketing, and Accounting and Finance. After an 8 year success of company income and customer satisfaction Bill sold the company to a multi-branch West Coast recruiting and consulting firm Management Solutions.
In 1999 Bill sold his interest in Management Solutions and started Parfitt Search Partners. He continued to provide recruiting service to the disciplines stated above and added Mental /Behavioral Health, Medical and Hospital mid to senior level positions.
A native of the Seattle area Bill and his wife Jan have four sons and eight grandchildren. They enjoy golf, doing outdoor activities with their grandchildren and traveling to Hawaii.
